Whispering 60: May 2015
http://whisper60.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Where do I begin? But, in reading Everyday Simplicity. By Robert J. Wicks, a practical guide to spiritual growth, I've found that my spiritual life can only develop and deepen when I look at everything. Including sufferings and confusion- in a way that "deepens me and makes life more meaningful". I have to find and nurture a refreshing and restarting place within to be "intimate with God". There are probably no REAL directions to one's spiritual journey.it is my own! Being aware of the subtle workings.

Whispering 60: August 2012
http://whisper60.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Stay alert, aware, anticipate, prepare but do not be afraid. My sister, Mary and I were able to get out of the house early this morning and visit with mom for a little while. When we arrived we found her in her wheelchair up against her bathroom sink looking at herself in the mirror and crying. I called to her and she didn't recognize me. "? This was the first time I can recall that she did not recognize who I was. I reminded her it was me and she cried some more and apologized for not remembering. Maybe...

Veronica on the Verge: April 2008
http://veronicaontheverge.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Veronica on the Verge. My hope is to always be on the verge of something good. Tuesday, April 01, 2008. Reflecting on the weekend. This past weekend was so much fun. Even if it was the last push for Hubbie at work. (which means, I did not see him at all). So much for that! Saturday, I had a prayer meeting in the morning, where, again, my children were welcomed so that I could attend. This is made up of mostly mommies and we get together to pray and support each other in our role as little soul-formers.

Veronica on the Verge. My hope is to always be on the verge of something good. Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Where is time going? At once I feel as if the summer is whizzing by and trucking sooo slowly when I think of all the activity that I still need to come up with to keep these kiddos out of trouble. How do homeschooling mums do it? Anyhow, a quick glance. At what we've been up to. As well as a new blog. Labels: mama on the verge. Yes, so I'm late to post, but still. Veronica on the Verge. My hope is to always be on the verge of something good. Friday, February 29, 2008. Only once every four years, right? I just wanted to send you a little taste of our day. We got into the spirit of gardening, planted all our seeds in trays. I have a new spot designated for our future vegetable garden. :). Then pj's and we gathered all the pillows and blankets and watched "Mary Poppins". Labels: mama on the verge. Tuesday, February 26, 2008. It has been a lesson of trial and error fo...

Whispering 60: May 2012
http://whisper60.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Love, purpose, gratitude. We have no choice but to wait for the Lord. But, we have options to stay prepared. We can feed our faith through prayer and study. We can feed others through our heartfelt works of charity and example. Or, we can put our faith on the shelf and just wait for the right day to dust it off. If we choose the later, however, beware! We may find there is no faith left. God is good and I must remember that He is always with us.until the end of time. Waiting and finding the joy! Not for ...
