Friday, November 16, 2007. I haven't been blogging because.I have two new pets. A grand-dog and a cat. Molly (3 months old) the Boston Terrier is in foster care with me for the next several months. We named her Boston TERROR! Khloe has a new home with us, which she seems to like a lot. She has the whole downstairs to herself. A baby gate keeps the dogs away from her. Posted by Patsy Morris. Sunday, June 24, 2007. I thought I was finished with these and then read where you can put gold leaf over the glue! Waaaa Laaaaaaa more globs were born with the copper and silver gold leaf. I did spray everything with the Workable Fixatif and it sealed the Pearl powders to the glue and my fingers! I also added some of my pieces of Dichroic glass to the glue, some beads and seed beads. Wednesday, February 13, 2008. This is the final. I still have to sew down the binding. I've started the thread painting. I've made a few changes since I took this picture yesterday. After doing pencil and pen and ink drawings I ventured into colored pencils. Not sure I like the color as much as the tonal values I get with the graphite pencil but as long as I keep it subtle I can live with it. I have been working on an elephant picture and a hollyhock flower picture which I need to scan and upload.

Was drawn "upside" down in the above mentioned class. Totally amazing what your brain can retrain to do if you let it! I have a thing about faces, especially aged faces and also hands. Monday, 5 May 2014. For me, bank holidays are usually a bit drab. It seems to always. Bloody rain and all I can be bothered to do is watch Jeremy Kyle under a blanket while stuffing my face with custard creams. Having said that though, the weekend just past was actually pretty slamming! The only complaint I have is that it left my voice nice and husky from a mix of too much alcohol and early mornings.
