Veen scene, vetti banda, pointless peter. Desperate Ramblings at One am. February 6, 2013. It’s one in the morning, and I’m online. Normally for me, that means kitty videos or coke studio, but my mind is totally occupied by other things right now. So occupied, in fact, that I felt the need to blog after over a year. So you know what follows – emotional outpourings. Mostly though, I miss the days when I was confident that I could handle anything that life threw at me, and that I could do it with a laugh.

Veen scene, vetti banda, pointless peter. Woes of being a 23. May 18, 2013. I am 23 (and will turn 24 shortly), very much single. But neither part of that sentence can qualify me for settling down . Settling down in this age and in this country can unfortunately stand for only one idea-marriage. Argh… don’t even ask the kind of euphemisms these people come up with to indicate/force the suggestion of marriage. What’s the plan? They ask. So what’s your idea? Posed by elderly people seemed to torment me....

I wondered what got Satyajit his Oscar at a time when Indians were considered a nothing at the international film arena.
