Everything you want in life is just outside your comfort zone. Sunday, July 22, 2012. Sun Valley, ID. We just returned from Sun Valley, ID, where we spend two weeks vacationing with the kids. On July 8th, we packed our car with bikes, groceries, fishing equipment, kids and our dog and began a 12-hour journey to Idaho. Caravanning with us to Idaho were our good friends the Lyons, hauling a similarly overstuffed vehicle of kids, a dog and enough sports equipment for an outdoor pentathalon. Haven at Big Rock.

With their 36" diameters and 18 bulbs apiece, they make a bold statement in the living and dining room. My enthusiasm for them was nearly squashed when Grant asked our electrician if running them was like having 36 lamps on at one time. I think I know the answer! At least they are on a dimmer.
