Shake 638: All aboard | A dome a day
https://snowdomes.wordpress.com/2012/01/26/shake-638-all-aboard
A dome a day. Shake 638: All aboard. January 26, 2012. The Love train, Sydney (Australia), January 2012. Santa drives this one. The last of the carriages. Our plan to catch up before Christmas failed, so it wasn’t until last week that my curmudgeonly old friend Dr Love slurped down our coffee while delivering my Christmas present, which incidentally, was really from his lovely wife. Dr Love would think at least four times before spending a dime on me. Do you recall the amazing train dome. A lego a day.

April 30, 2015, by Caesar Wong. In society and religion. On Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran. Practically everyone who was in favour of the execution seemed to think that Chan and Sukumaran deserved what they got for doing what they did – that is, trafficking drugs. Most cite supporting arguments like how drugs continue to ruin many peoples’ lives, etc. Now addiction’s supposed to be this physiological condition where people get hooked onto substances, after which they no can no longer help themsel...

July 14, 2011, by Caesar Wong. In poetry and prose. Little girl, where are you. Why’d you miss our rendezvous. Would’ve loved to parlez vous. But now you never were. Little boy, meek and mild. Brave and strong or rough and wild. Still, you would have been my child. But now you never were. Guileless mother, precious load. Paid the Beast a debt not owed. Solemn in your fading glow. It’s like you never were. Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window).

Archived entries for grammar nazi. July 8, 2010, by Caesar Wong. I work for IBM, er…. If you’ve been following. You’ll no doubt know that I work for IBM. Now if you ask any of my past or present colleagues and they’ll agree that I’m Blue through-and-through – my loyalty to the company borders on religious. I mean why else would I stay with a company for 9 years, doing much the same thing (Web), and at the rate that I’m being paid, right? However, I’m an even bigger language geek. These guys are the ones ...

That is, I don’t set budgets or track my spending; rather I simply try my best to spend money wisely by taking advantage of discounts and special offers ( OzBargain. Is my most visited website second probably only to Google or Facebook). There is no short version, just the long one…. Last week Sydney was hit by a freak storm. If only there were such a thing as a tablet that was also a laptop….

Was to assault your eyes and mind with pictures and prose, I’m taking my affrontery to the next level and introducing…. Dun dun duuuuuun…. Audio But before we get to “the goods” let me first set the scene by saying that this post is me making good on a promise to fight the tide of too much awesome. For my musical debut, I chose to mangle the song. Love, love is a verb.

A dome a day. Shake 611: I choo-choose you. December 7, 2011. Cookie and Newfie, Byron Bay (Australia), October 2011. Check out the textured coral base. I saw a gorgeous Christmas dome today, technically more like four domes rolled into one. The four domes were carriages of a train all linked up and celebrated various Christmas icons. I was so tempted to steal it! I hear you, bad karma. One Response to “Shake 611: I choo-choose you”. Shake 638: All aboard « A dome a day. January 26, 2012 at 6:57 pm.

A dome a day. Shake 641: Shake n’ bake. April 29, 2012. Bunny, Sydney (Australia), February 2012. The frequently asked question of late: where have I been? I’ve been sampling new food locations, toasting to birthdays and babies, spreading some good Easter chocolate cheer and just rugging up with hot chocolates on the couch. And snowdomes you ask? The investment of a whole Saturday arvo rearranging domes ensures my dome-home (shelves) will last at least another year! Have a shakin’ good week! Noona I miss...
