October 9, 2016. October 9, 2016. Spinach and feta tart. 2,4 dl flour. 1/3 cup creme fresh/ sour creme. 75 gram feta cheese. Preheat the oven to 190º. Combine the flour and salt in a bowl and stir until the mixture is aerated. Dice the butter and place in refrigerator. Roll out the pie crust to fit a 20 cm pie tart. Crimp edges so it looks decorative. Use a fork prick a few small holes in the bottom of the crust. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Tasty Eats Ronit Penso.

A 17 year old who is keen in creating new, exciting food. July 21, 2016. November 5, 2016. Cherry, Cinnamon and Coconut Crumble. At last it’s summer (in England at least)! Ingredients (to serve 4):. 1tbsp light brown muscovado sugar. Cherries (as many as you want! A handful of coconut flakes. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan. In a bowl, add the flour and butter. Using your hands, rub the mix through your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Remove from the oven and serve! Liked by 1 person.
