Tomorrow we will eat the creamy cauliflower soup! Now to menu plan for the week on this avenue. Monday: green salad with egg, cranberries, steak, nuts, light dressing.

Day 1- Greek Salad, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, feta, chick peas, cucumber. Day 2- Tahini Tuna Pita. Day 4- bar-b-que pizza. Day 5- apricot stuffed pork with blue cheese sauce. I don't have a tenderloin but I am trying a variation of this recipe with boneless pork chops. Crackers with homemade peach jalepeno jam.

The smaller raised bed is going to be moved this spring so I am doing nothing. I also have been struggling with life a little. Cucumbers and tomatoes have been also started from seed. I'd also like to grown grapes and strawberries. Found a good growing grapes in Florida website and still need to investigate strawberries. I can't tel you how much I have loved being back outside in the garden. Will keep you posted. I love the smell of dirt.
