http://timebuilder.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Vintage Hallmark Mens Wrist Watch in 14KT Gold Case. It's always exciting when a new watch arrives for restoration. Today we received one from a client in Etna, California. Below are some exciting pictures of this watch. After all of these years, this watch was still in running condition. We will be overhauling the movement. The dial will be refinished to original condition. The case will be polished. Note the very unique lug ends of this watch. Not bad for a yard sale find.

The Rolex Canadian market Oyster watches date back to the late 1930s and are some of the most affordable vintage Rolex watches available on the used watch market today. Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Vintage Rolex Dial Refinishing 10 1/2 HUNTER. This is an interesting Rolex Dial. It fits a Rolex manual winding movement. The movement is marked 10 1/2 HUNTER. It is also marked 7179 below the Hunter markings. These markings are located under the dial on the movement. Most of these that we have seen will have the markings on the movement that simply state 10 1/2 H. The case for this watch is 18kt rose gold. It is marked Rolex 31 Victoires, DeHaute Precision, Geneve, Suisse.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Recent Rolex Dial Refinishing by Antique Time. Here are some recent Rolex dial refinishing jobs on watches we have serviced in our shop. Some of these dials were nothing more than worn metal discs and a few of them had broken dial legs. All in all they turned our very good. A simple color change. This dial was just a metal disc that could hardly be read. A custom MOP dial with genuine emeralds. DateJust dial with diamonds added and refinished. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View ...
