Times with the Taylors. Thursday, July 17, 2014. A first time for everything. There's a first time for everything, I guess. This whole ordeal has brought a lot of firsts for Christopher: x-rays, MRI's, surgery, and even the first time he's ever had to take prescribed pain medication. He is a real trooper, though! The surgery went well, (basically they drilled into his bone and re-broke it, hoping the body will jump-start to heal itself), but it took him a little while to wake up from it all.

Friday, October 31, 2014. Well, last week I did my glucose test. I made it the hour, just barely. About the last five minutes I had to talk to myself saying I wasn't going to throw up. I didn't hear from my doctors office so I figured everything was ok. On Monday, after going to The Red Barn with the Taylor's I got a call telling me my numbers were slightly high. Meaning, I now had to do the three hour test! I am hoping for a negative outcome but I don't want to get my hopes up. Does that make sense?

She was so nervous pulling them out so I helped her by singing a song and pulling it quick. She didn't know I pulled it out. That trick worked both times I think she is getting too smart for that trick to work next time.
