350 Plants-10 years on Sugarloaf Mountain. Melanie Choukas-Bradley and I spent 10 years working together in the field, on the Sugarloaf Mountain books. We would ‘meet at the plant’ on the mountain and open up our botany books and my sketchbook. After studying the plant and noting the significant features, we would talk about how we would describe the plant to help users of our book, in identification. Books can be purchased online.
