The Bredings: June 2010

Thursday, June 24, 2010. Sip all day, get decay. Just found this chart as I was trying to clean the spare bedroom. It ranks all of the popular sodas (pops, cokes, soft drinks depending on your geographic location) based on acidity all the way from water (pH= 7) to battery acid (pH= 1). And don't forget about the sugar. The bacteria native to your mouth eat up sugars and the byproduct is, you guessed it, more acid! Taking into account that enamel begins to demineralize. Brushing w/in 20 mins. Was just aro...

http://joandjosh.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 19, 2011. I wish they all could be.". If you couldn't guess it.we are having a baby GIRL. Josh and I went to have our very first ultrasound late last week. I was certainly nervous for quite a few reasons. 1 Seeing a healthy baby on the monitor. 2 Finding out the sex of the baby. 3 How in the heck do these people expect me to not relieve myself after. We both were just hoping for a healthy baby, but Josh had a feeling that the boy/girl ratio was becoming more and more unbalanced everyday.

The Bredings: November 2010
http://joandjosh.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 26, 2010. Finally. We're (Empty) Homeowners! Well, our long national nightmare is over. We closed on our house on Wednesday after a long and arduous battle with the not-so-fine folks down at USAA Mortgage Dept in San Antonio. They seemed hell bent on keeping us out of this house, but we persevered- -not w/o a few battle scars. Waiting to unload, nearly missed the day AFTER the day AFTER the day AFTER our closing date, etc. they suck. USAA took full responsibility for all the screw ups...

The Bredings: September 2010
http://joandjosh.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 25, 2010. So as Jo alluded to earlier, we have an unexpected roommate/critter running around the house that we're renting. It's driving me nuts. It will eat any food we forget out on the counter tops at night. I feel like Carl Spackler (Bill Murray) from Caddyshack. Trying to catch this thing- -it's eaten more fruit than I have in the past 2 weeks. I really want to catch it badly. Not so much to kill it, more to find out what it is. Here is the list of failed plans:. TBA, no luck yet&...

Monday, February 21, 2011. Aloha means "Hello" or "Goodbye" or "Holy Smokes We're Gonna Be Parents in 3 months. We Have Time For 1 Last Peaceful Vacation.". We spent 8 days in Hawaii (aka Hawai'i if you really wanna get proper), mostly on Oahu with a day trip to Kaua'i. We stayed at the military hotel, The Hale Koa, on Waikiki beach. Our hotel resembled a retirement community. Outside the Hale Koa on Waikiki Beach. That's Diamond Head in the background. As we cooled down afterwards. One day we showed up ...
