Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Love this little boy sooo much! Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Wow 2 months already? Where does the time go? Here are Cal's stats:. 11 pounds 1 oz. On his charts he is in the 75% in Average Height Charts the 36%. 21 inches. His charts 50% Average Height Chart 1%. 165 inches. His charts 50% Average Height Chart 89%. Basically he is following along just how he should.short and a big head:)! Happy 2 Months Cal.I promise to take more pictures this month! Take more pictures with my sweet baby!

Tuesday, April 17, 2012. These were taken when Cal was 11 days old. I wanted to wait to post them until my announcements were mailed and delivered. Now that I have finally checked that job off my to do list here they are! My sweet friend (and talented photographer) Kacee took them and I LOVE them. We won a major award. And I'm feeling really good about it. Everything about this night was awesome. Including the dirty Band-Aids we brought for an appetizer. So here's the thing. We take our kids skiing once. It's quite expensive, you know. I'm starting to think, though. We need to go more. My kids love it. Although I was a tiny bit worried when Reese couldn't stand having his boots on. Who knew the problem was a simple wardrobe malfunction . . . Our friend (and expert skier). Was up there as well. I talked him into giving my boys some lessons. Enter a fun loving Reese and a super competitive Gavin:. We get to stay in a hotel. And letters for Santa.

So I bet you've been wondering if we went to the Pumpkin Patch this year. And my answer is. But here's the thing. Due to lack of rain. The crop, um, well. We did, however, find a few. And my kids were more than thrilled to be there. And that, my friends. Is why we go every year. We really love it. Even when the crop is crappy. And there's so much dust we can hardly breath. We really do love it. We always get a pretty sweet family picture. Here we are last year. Look how my kids have grown!

Last night we slept with our windows open. And heard coyotes howling. It was pretty cool. Did you know . . . We've been to the pumpkin patch every year. Minus one . . .keep reading . . . Since Gavin was born? It's been a great tradition. Come with me,. As we travel back in time. And yes, Gavin's socks got muddy. We had a blizzard. New Mexico has pumpkin patches too. Ones you can WALK to. We got some good ones that year. All the pumpkins were soft and mushy. But we still had a fabulous time.
