There are several places to stay in Tekek, all within easy reach of the dive centre. Some recommendations are made in the pages here. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Most chalet operators do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM on the island now, but it does not accept some cards, so please bring enough cash in Ringgit or US dollars for your trip. Otherwise, you can take your card and passport into the bank and take out money this way. Prices subject to change without notice.

The Martian Beer Pig. Is a small island off the coast of Vancouver Island and has some really cool dive sites. Included a 737. We stayed at Cedar Beach. A charming B&B run by Andy and Virginia Lamb. Andy's been diving the area for around twenty-five years so he knows all the cool spots to go. He also knows what it is we happen to be looking at. Makes for a more enlightened critter discussion after each dive trip. Transport to and from the dive sites was arranged by 49th Parallel Dive Charters.

Watched the greediest seagull try and eat a sea star which was just too big to swallow. He wasn't going to let it go for quids but.
