Who would have thought that beer crates would be used to create a gigantic temporary pop-up Cathedral in Belgium? Well, they have. I think the pictures below can explain better what I'm on about! Designed and created by Architectural Firm SHSH, 33,000 empty yellow beer crates were painstakingly fastened together into an intricate design that eventually ended up turning into a massive Cathedral! Located in Marina Bay, Singapore is The Float, a floating mixed use platform with space for a full sized soccer pitch and ample seating for 30,000 people. Measuring in at a colossal 120 meters in length, and 83 meters in width, The Float is even larger than the Soccer Field at the National Stadium.
