T isn't afraid of anything and he loved the sparklers. D didn't want anything to do with them at first but eventually he liked them too. Watching the street ones go off. Corn kernals, dried beans, small pasta, cereal, and so on (we used beans). 2 paper plates (I would not recommend styrofoam but that's what we had on hand).
