Still playing catch-up :) Here is a look at our first few weeks of 2015. That time Cargy climbed in my lap while we were in the car line picking up Carver from school.he wanted to take a picture to "see how cute we are.". Teddy Bear Day in Carver's Pre-K class. Brushing their favorite baby goat at the Nature Center. Building an "owl house" at the WNC Nature Center. Puppet Show at the Nature Center. At the Overlook. I so love living in the mountains. Carver's first extra-curricular activity- Basketball!

The first days back. My mom headed over to Asheville with us to help us settle in. I'm so thankful for parents that help us out. Daniel and I both have really incredible parents that will help us with anything at any time. So thankful for my Mama. Anyway, here are a few of the things we did during those first days back in Asheville. I hit 100,000 miles on my car. And I've added about 13,000 miles since we moved. Dr Seuss week at Montreat Morning School. Carver was Horton, from Horton Hears a Who. I must say, I was rather proud of this costume. Sometimes Carson won't sleep in his room. And I have to work. So.he sleeps on the couch while I am grading papers and answering emails. A little picnic in the driveway. Carver is barely visible at the top, and Carson was below saying, "Jump! Green muffins, Lucky Charms, and water with a shamrock straw. Decorating treasure bags with stickers. We had a bit of a plumbing issue.

Valentine's Day 2015: Oh the minor holidays.Love them. Small daily gifts for the boys,. Valentine's cards for the boys' school teachers and friends. V-day craft. The Great Wolf Lodge- Carver's 5th Birthday Trip. For Carver's birthday this year we wanted to take him on a trip and get to really focus on spending time with him and doing something memorable together. The first weekend in February, Daniel and I dropped Carson off with his Nana and Papa and we took Carver to the Great Wolf Lodge in Charlotte. He was a little excited.
