Where everyday is an adventure. Saturday, April 13, 2013. Snorkeling for the first time. Muslim women are fully covered when they swim so since we were on a public beach it was most comfortable to do the same. So I have to say this is the first time I have swam in a skirt, but it was no problem. Hope everyone has a fantastic day! Life could be worse. Where everyday is an adventure. Monday, March 24, 2014. A perfect end to a great season. This was Lexy's first year doing AAU and the girls were able to get in 2 tournaments which gave them an additional 9 games for the season. They finished in 2nd place in the Battle of the Blue's tournament and we were really proud of the progress they made in a short amount of time. Not bad for a first year and only 2 tourneys. Where everyday is an adventure. Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Today I took the Lexy and Katie hiking. Lex wanted to go to a lake and chose Chimney because we haven't been up there since she was 6 and she wanted to go back to umm. swim. We didn't find any bears, deer, or elk but we did enjoy our food with a beautiful view. Hopefully it won't be long and we will be up high in the wilderness soaking up the sunshine and glorious views!
