Life with the Miller's. A mommy on the run.literally! Friday, July 19, 2013. I know I haven't written in a very long time, but I'm back! We are finally homeowners again. It has been a long exhausting process with lots of ups and downs. But God was teaching me to have faith, and when I did he blessed me beyond measure! We are busy getting settled in our new house, and our moving truck will be here with our stuff next Thursday. Yippee! I get my bed back! Hallway looking towards entryway and living room.

I am settling into the new routine that is working a normal workweek again. Praise God, I no longer have to work weekends! I am completely in love with our new home! I am blown away every day how beautiful the fall weather is here in New Mexico! It goes to show that if you trust God and his plan, things work out great! Briggan and his "tacta".

Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Monday at the gym I tried a new workout. I have heard that incline on a treadmill is more effective than lunges. So this is what I found on Pinterest and I figured why not give it a try. It was a good workout but next time I think I will increase the slow speed just a little. Thursday, January 29, 2015. So me and my gym partner are getting creative with the Tabata workouts. However, today I ache from them! Today's routine was Skullcrushers, twisting planks, 6" and holds, chair dips, alternating plank and pushups, side to side jumps. Yesterday we had burpees and mountain climbers. I did remove the burpees from today's workout because I don't like them (mainly two days in a row of them would have killed me). A few of the repetitions of planks looked a little like this too!

Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Sick Saturday and Sunday. This weekend didn't go so well. I was fighting something off most of Saturday and all of Sunday. My husband tells me that every time I go all guns blazing into a workout regimen I end up sick within a week or two. Well I think he is full of beans even if I did end up sick! My overall diet usually consists of eating what I want just in smaller portions. If you know me very well you know I am completely addicted to this… ANYBODY? Woman of Many Roles.

Friday, May 31, 2013. Why I Started Running. I am sitting here trying to remember why exactly I decided to start running, and I realize there is no one reason for running. But, here is a little background about me and a few of the reasons I started. I was 2 years post baby and couldn't hide behind the excuse of "I just had a baby" any more. At this point, I was slightly heavier than what I wanted to be. Chasing a 2 year old was becoming exhausting. I guess it was traumatic because I can't remember how.
