For this holiday, I'll cook one of the my favourite recipe for my family. How to cook? There are few step to consider;. 1 Heat 5 spoons of oil in work. 2 Fry 5gm of fennel seeds, 5gm of cumin seeds and 3gm of fenugreek in wok. 3 Add 100gm og onion rings, 100g of garlic and 5 tomatoes (cut to small), 5 gm curry leaves (if available.optional) and 150gm young ladyfinger. stri for few minutes. 5 Lower the heat and add medium fish head (about 1/2kg.fresh fish).
