Tokyo har på den ene side ikke manglet julerier, og på den anden side alligevel ikke formået at bringe mig i ægte julestemning. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Rumour's telling me you are mourning, and you haven't slept for several days. For around four weeks it's been possible to write messages for Tohoku on the embassy facade. This is some pictures I took almost two weeks ago. People are still writing and drawing stuff every day. The dinosaur says "fight! Message of gratitude from Higashi-Matsushima. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. No weapon formed against you can prosper. For three days or so the weather turn colder, and we finally got some rain. Actually quite a lot of rain. I went to Kamakura. For the first time in 3 years. Back then I went my partner in crime Gen. We where sort of hung-over, and it was really, really hot. It was the first time I tasted Ramune. As with most soft drinks, I didn't care for it. And he gave me a handkerchief, which I keep in my kitchen in Denmark. Or get his latest book.

Thursday, July 21, 2011. And turn the white snow red as strawberries in summertime. This is part two of our cozy summer house trip:. Three of my absolute favorites: Asparagus, Satsuma potato and Japanese pumpkin. Cute and delicious fish. Synne having a stare-off. Homegrown Japanese green pepper! Another favorite of mine. We were up relatively early, as we were going on a trip. Tsuchiya made an awesome omelet with pumpkin and green pepper! We cleaned the summerhouse, packed our stuff and headed for Nikko.
