Waves of Questionable Answers. In physics and language technology. Present & Past Pattern Matching. Since textbooks often use notational systems to concisely and precisely describe the algorithmic steps needed to transform a symbolic expression to another symbolic expression, it was desirable to use comparable notational systems in the instructions to the computer, because then it would be relatively easy to check that a computer program followed the steps as described in the textbook. Anything loosely related to programming, from the setting up of a new IDE to the writing of a shell script to turn off your computer when the movie ends…. When to use log.isDebugEnabled? One of the first coding-related question my partner asked me when I joined my current project: do you use. This is a recurring question, and my answer is generally the same: “No.” Still, there is some nuance in this no. But you suspect ...

Tonio's Dev blog: April 2007
http://tonio-dev.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 07, 2007. This week, Pierre-Etienne suggested that we should try Cenqua Clover (http:/ www.cenqua.com/clover/) for Tom. Once integrated into our build system, this code coverage tool gives many useful advices. I wasn't convinced that code coverage can be useful, but after testing it, now I am. Running the Tom test suite and some examples build shows many things we do not really test at all, and spots areas of improvement. Posted by tonio at 12:14 PM. View my complete profile.

Tuesday, November 14, 2006. I just saw an analysis of the different languages used in the Kaffe. Project, at http:/ supreetsethi.net/drupal/node/103. I wish we could have something like that for Tom. I guess it would show we have nearly no. Make files, very few ant scripts, and keep concentrate our efforts on Tom itself. Posted by tonio at 2:58 PM. Yeah great use of 3D. Oriented like this, the camembert is totally unreadable. And it breaks the pacman law. Xanax online prescription - xanax bars colors.

Tonio's Dev blog: Setting up cia again for tom
http://tonio-dev.blogspot.com/2006/11/setting-up-cia-again-for-tom.html
Saturday, November 11, 2006. Setting up cia again for tom. I just added the post-commit hooks for cia. To the svn repository of Tom. That was pretty easy, except that it seems gforge does not support xml-rpc, and I had to let the cia-bot script fall back to hte old email technique. Here is the stat page for tom: http:/ cia.navi.cx/stats/project/tom. Posted by tonio at 2:37 PM. View my complete profile. Switching Tom to subversion. The build environment of tom now integrates the us.

Wednesday, November 25, 2009. I'm reading the Programming Erlang book by Joe Armstrong, and here is my own version of the 8.11.2 exercise solution. There are many available on the internet, and mine is definitively not more brillant than another. The ring:benchmark/3 function creates a process ring of size N, sends M messages in the ring, and each of those messages will be passed around K times before being sen back to the sender. FirstPid = spawn(fun() - waitpid(N 1) end),. Init(0,Pid,FirstPid) -. This ...
