Can a chiropractor help with prolapsed disc? I have helped many patients over the years with the symptoms of their prolapsed discs. I would however say that I never use chiropractic spinal manipulation on it’s own to do so. I have found that a much more effective approach is to apply a combination of chiropractic, McKenzie (physiotherapy) type excersises, other home excersises and postural/bending/sitting advice.
