The Basic Plan is for organizations with 1 4 programs and/or locations and no more than 6 users. Users are persons that will be entering Satisfaction Survey and Incident Report data, completing electronic Discharge Summaries and conducting Follow-Up Surveys. Monthly Fee 1 to 6 users = $49.95.
