It TOTALLY stopped my desire to snack in the evening… TOTALLY! 8212; take 1-3 pills 30 min before meal (I take 3 whenever near my meal even right before or during) with 8 oz of water. 8212; now you can eat less of your main meal, smaller portions = lower calories.

B's Journey of Life. Blogging since 2006 to better my life. I just realised that I dropped from an XXL to and XL size. I was going through a few old jackets and clothes this morning and I realised some of them were xxl and now I am wearing XL. I think this is a great achievement personally, dropping a cloth size. I gain a little bit over this weekend as I had a BBQ. And a pizza through saturday and sunday. I am now going to try go and fix my bike today and head to the gym. August 25, 2008. August 25, 2008.
