We have many wonderful volunteer opportunities, from fruit washing and vegetable chopping to apple picking to flower arranging to route marking to full day shifts at local farms assisting at farm stops. Many shifts are on the day of the Tour, but there are some starting as early as September 15th. We have a lot of food processing to do!

The Tour de Floyd is a scenic 62 mile long ride with nearly half the distance along the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. There is 6,700 feet of climbing so at least 27 rear cassette or triple chain ring is recommended. The ride is supported with rest stops and SAG wagons.
