Brian, Kasey, and Thomas: February 2011
http://sartinfamilyjournal.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 28, 2011. I've also updated posts on Katie's birthday, the Valentine's Day Party and Edie's Baptism to include those invitations. Friday, February 25, 2011. I have been reminded over the past few weeks of how fleeting life is. Reminded through the passing of loved ones but also in the celebration of our son growing older. My uncle was generous, funny, a natural leader in business and in church, and someone who was really easy to like. Thursday, February 24, 2011. Since we were just a few...

Brian, Kasey, and Thomas: Thomas Had A Talk With Dr. Scott
http://sartinfamilyjournal.blogspot.com/2012/05/thomas-had-talk-with-dr-scott.html
Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Thomas Had A Talk With Dr. Scott. Never say never; that's one thing I've certainly learned my lesson on. Never would my child take a paci and NEVER would he have it till he was THREE! For about a year now I have given Thomas the paci in private and in shame. I knew it wasn't the best thing for him but I also knew he loved them; he loves holding them, seeing them, knowing where they are. He would never have them out in public but none the less he still was a user.

This is Thomas saying "cheese" for a picture. Thomas sneaked into a gift or two. He is loving his train from Aunt Carolyn. Thomas recruited some help opening the bigger gifts. And then construction began. Thomas hosted his first dinner guest. Why are our visits always so short? Come back Bette and Pop. So Much To Say. Also, if yo...

Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Advice From A Pro. The one in the photo above, in the shades. This will be a lesson on casting your lure {hope I'm getting this terminology right}. You'll need a cup. Thomas, are you paying attention? Stand a good distance away from your aim, in this case the afore mentioned cup. And practice casting your lure perfectly in your cup. Ok, your turn. What, you forgot your shoes? Alright, you don't have to get up and get away from your cup. Get your rod feeling good. And I chased h...

Monday, April 30, 2012. We are getting ready for some much needed R&R. Thomas needs quality time with his hard working Daddy; I need quality time with the love of my life without our everyday distractions. I went back through some pictures from our trip last year and couldn't help but get a tad sentimental. Saturday, April 28, 2012. This Is How We Play Soccer. We investigate a rolly polly while our team takes care of business on the field. Friday, April 27, 2012. Thomas named them all. Oh, the Mustaches.
