The Australasian Teacher Regulatory Authorities (ATRA) is the incorporated association established by the teacher registration and accreditation authorities across Australia and New Zealand. ATRA was established to facilitate cooperation and collaboration across the Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions in the regulation of the teaching profession. It was formally recognised by the Ministerial Council on Education, Employment, Training and Youth Affairs (MCEETYA) in May 2005.
