Wednesday, 30 December 2009. I relocated in August 2008, the restraining order was due to expire and The Captain had been to court and been found guilty of common assault. I was not going to be able to manage the bills, mortgage payments etc alone so the house would have to be sold, I knew that the housing price crisis was going to continue and all my invested monies of £30k would be lost.
