Cupcake project 16: s’mores cupcake. For a long time now, I have been on a mission to find the “best” marshmallow frosting. I have never been successful, all of the recipes I tried, while good, end up in a gooey mess once it’s piped/plopped on top of a cupcake. I don’t know if it’s the weather or if it’s just me. Haha. It gets better everyday. That's one of my former boss' favorite expressions. Whenever we're faced with challenges in the office, she always reminds us of that phrase. I'd have to agree. Life gets better everyday. if you're looking at it positively. Glass full, not empty. My friends always referred to me as the "pensive" one. I worry and whine a lot. I complain before I even get to look at the whole picture. And more importantly, I'm learning to look at life in a more positive manner. Good job, good job.

My new logo (and brand name) is finally done. It may not be as catchy as other brand names BUT I knew I had to settle with something that’s meaningful to me. :). I’m pleased with how it turned out. Hiatus and a Strawberry Cupcake (or two). I have been on a very long hiatus. I am sorry, dear blog, for ignoring you. :( There were a lot of things that happened during the last 12 months…. One of them is… Letting go of my domain. I figured I didn’t need the domain anymore as I haven’t been writing as much anyway. So, I am back to my old blog address:. I won’t get into the other details of my life for now. It’s kind of messy… Just like my current workstation and state of mind. ;). For the strawberry puree.
