November 20, 2006. Still in a Daze. So Star Academy was officially amaaaaaazing! I was about a meter and a half away from the stage and it felt so weird that I could actually see the people that I just saw on telebision on thursday night. so I was really excited! I am officially 2 steps away from famous people. Marie knows the plumber the plumber knows his son, obviously.) which was really interesting too. A journal of my exchange to Sendai City, Japan. Tuesday, April 03, 2007. New host family. the sixth. I actually was at another host family's place for a week before this family. I really liked it there - their house was incredibly small but cozy and so relaxed (and close to school, about 8 minutes walking). my host sister (we were in the same group during the school trip around Japan - Ryo) would sleep in every morning until about 11 or so. It was absolutely impossible to wake her up! The babies. wah!

Although he doesn’t want to irritate our neighbors, I convinced him to bring the Airstream to the house so we could work on it in the driveway with full access to tools–and the refrigerator and snacks!
