My way to the IRONMAN. Saturday, 29 March 2008. It is saturday. I'm back to UK after the Easter break. In the meantime I'm listening the opera "Cosi fan tutte" (Motzart) and reading "Siddharta" (Hermann Hesse), hoping this will restore the lost balance. Sunday, 23 March 2008. Easter week. another taper week. a lot of chocolate, not much training. today 20K with the bike, it was with a tandem bike, with my dad. not a hard session, but a fun one! It is nice to chat while pushing on the pedals!

I'm looking for an off-season plan, that allow me to arrive in january/february, where the hardcore training will begin. also, as I'm moving to MK, I'm looking for a new gym, and I'm looking for a 24h gym. which I haven't found yet! It seems all the gyms in UK close at 22! Ok, I've got the turbotrainer at home, and this helps a lot. I'll slot in the swims, runs and weight sessions between 6am and 22! I can think about going shopping after midnight!

För mig fungerar träningen bäst under hösten och våren. Då är det rutiner kring jobb och livet är lite mer strukturerat. Är vädret bra eller dåligt? Inget hinder för träning, bara olika kläder.
