Entering the winter months! I did get to do a little hunting the next day where I limited out on Chukar in Eastern Oregon. It was quite a bit of hiking for a few birds. RACE RECAP: UCI 1.2 PEVELOISE. I first want to say thanks for all the care, support, and comments during this crazy time in Europe with my injury and all! I can’t convey enough how much it means and helps with recovery. But here is a little recap of the whole situation since I’ve had plenty of time in the hospital to crank out a summary. It's that time of year. Clouds rolling in, crisp air biting at my lungs, leaves changing colors, darkness setting in around 6 or 7 in the evening…it is apparent fall is near and so begins the off-season training. Luckily the rain has been scant and there have been no hints of snow yet so riding outside is still feasible and I can avoid the monotony of riding the trainer…for now.
