2013 In Review and 2014 Resolutions. With the new year on the horizon I have made one of my resolutions to begin updating or entering blogs on a more frequent basis. My goal is to get caught up on stories from 2013 and begin blogging about my actual training in preparation for Ironman Coeur D'Alene 2014. Nested with my first resolution are many additional goals such as eat better, get enough sleep, focus on my training and keeping my training focused. Create a free website.

Deck-ups and shower drains - Ironman Blog

Deck-ups and shower drains. I now call this drill "nut-ups" rather than "deck-ups! Now I am sure I acted like there was a quart if blood on the floor when in reality there was a small smudge around the wound. I was certain that I stomped on that bolt hard enough it had embedded at least half way through my foot! Create a free website.

Needle in my Knee - Ironman Blog

Needle in my Knee. The funny thing is that the shot didn't hurt. I actually didn't even feel the needle go in. The best part? I almost immediately felt relief! Man this shot in the knee thing was AWESOME! Create a free website.

Ironman CDA 2014 Race Recap. Ryan and I on Friday. Thursday morning we checked in and got our gear bags, swag, and race numbers. Being as I had been through the assembly line in St. George I felt pretty comfortable and understood the flow and beat Ryan through registration by a good 10 minutes. If only my race day went that well! I looked at my watch when we went under the timing arch and it was said 6:50. Ryan and I got in the water and we were off! First lap on east leg. I was rolling way faster than e...

2006 Dream to 140.6 Reality. Just another WordPress.com site. SPIRIT OF MY GOAL. Posted in 2011 Ironman Wisconsin. On December 31, 2010 by trirooskee. Tristan Root's Blog. Wpf MVVM 3D Model Viewer – More View Panels. On February 18, 2010. In a previous post. I showed you how to create a basic 3D model viewer in WPF using the MVVM pattern. In this post I’m going to show you how to take advantage of the MVVM design of this application by adding a couple more views (one view to move the camera, and one to change the mesh being viewed) and there will be one more view-model (for toggling the viewed mesh). Window x:Class=TriRoot.Test.TestWindow. MeshVM meshV...
