After bicep curling excessively my bicep now hurts. it hurts to the point where on earth i cant get my arm strait which is conversation a toll on my elbow. whats wrong and how do i fix it? I have agree to it rest for over 3 days now)Bicep dull pain? If you've never done them before, it's probably purely DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). Monday, October 25, 2010. I am 42 years old mannish. I daily run 5-6 miles. Last dark, after having my dinner I feel some discomfort and felt close to passing stool. I go to toilet and sitting on the seat I feel dizziness and may be I fainted for 1-2 minutes. After regaining consciousness I remained here for another 10-15 minutes.
