Saturday, February 7, 2009. 23 vehicle pile up, miracle no deaths. An icy I-78 in eastern PA caused a 23-vehicle pileup when a tractor trailer jacknifed. Authorities bussed people to safety and were evaluated by medical personnel and picked up by family and friends. The interstate was shut down and vehicles were cleared.
