Saturday, June 26, 2010. Ok, the finish has sat for a week so now it's time to scrape it back and glue on the bridge. Bridge glued, now tape it off for a quick coat of Teak Oil on the redwood bits. Friday, March 25, 2011. Some new wood on the way. No idea what to use as binding. what do you think would look nice? I have a mt. dulcimer that is very beautiful out of myrtle. It does not have near the acoustic tone quality of some of my other dulcimers. You may not care about this feature of myrtle?
