Torsdag 26. mai 2016. Den 23. mai var det faktisk 20 år siden jeg ble født! Så denne dagen vart det litt ekstra feiring og kos. Jeg startet dagen før med å bake en kake. Jeg er veldig glad i maripankake så det vart laget sukkerbrød med krem og friske jordbær og bringebær inni. Utenpå ble det lagt et lokk med rosa marsipan og pyntet med rosa og lilla fondant.
