Steamed soy beans, great as a little snack with a cold Japanese beer. Thinly sliced algae in a marinade. Silken tofu served with spring onion, ginger, dried bonito shavings and soy sauce. Crunchy spicy marinated mountain vegetables with shitake. Spicy home fermented vegetables, fermentation is initiated with fresh oyster. Steamed bread bun, pork belly, pickled cucumber, spicy sauce. Same as the pork bun but with our home made kimchi instead of the spicy sauce. Flavored with soy sauce.

I searched online to see if someone had hacked the recipe, and here I found it! The recipe I found was from food.com. Souplantation’s Joan’s Broccoli Madness Salad. From food.com by Oolala.
