Who’s In Charge Here? Who are these people? What do they do? Who do they answer to? These are some of the questions we sought to answer when we set out to map the power structure at UMW. Some of what we discovered peaked our interest, and some of it was fairly standard, but most of all we found out that even though we live and learn at the University of Mary Washington for four years, we don’t really know how the university functions at an administrative level.
