A Mom in the 802: January 2009
http://carlaspointofview.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 9, 2009. Andrew was able to come home for 12 days. Jonathan was wearing his best jeans, I see. All the girls were given gift certificates for ear piercings. All were done successfully! Hiking on the mountain out back. Something was bothering Andrew! My big boys were goofing around. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Mom in the 802. Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Happy Birthday, Jamin! Monday, December 15, 2008. Here is Hannah and Jonathan looking for the right tree. We decided on this one. We had a beautiful view while we looked. Kevin helped Hannah put the star on top. All decorated. Sorry, the picture is a little fuzzy. Saturday, December 13, 2008. This is the first winter for Max. First we had rain, then ice, then snow and ice again. In the far left of the picture you can see Otter Creek flooded. Thursday, December 4, 2008.

Friday, August 21, 2009. Andrew and I spent a weekend in Baltimore to watch a Red Sox/Oriole game. Saturday morning we went to Washington D.C and walked about. It was extremely hot, but there was a huge number of people visiting our capital. We spent a great evening at Oriole Park in Camden Yard. The Sox won. I flew back to Albany Sunday morning after saying goodbye to Andrew. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Mom in the 802. Married 28 years to Kevin with eight children, and a follower of Jesus Christ.

A Mom in the 802: The new roof!
http://carlaspointofview.blogspot.com/2010/05/new-roof.html
Thursday, May 20, 2010. Here are a few pictures of my family hard at work removing old shingles and putting new ones on. They were able to clean all the old ones off in one day and start papering. The building store delivered the bundles of shingles right up to the top with the crane. Hannah has been a very dedicated worker. Take note Josh Tate! She's 10 years old now. Maybe in 5 years you'll need a new roof at camp! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Mom in the 802. View my complete profile.

Friday, May 22, 2009. Here are just a few pictures of our spring. We filled our wood shed for the coming winter. Kevin celebrated his birthday. It happened to be on Easter Sunday. And I celebrated my birthday. Andrew's 22nd birthday was celebrated in Iraq. Fixing up the flower bed in front of the chicken c00p. This is what happens when your tire comes off while you're moving! Thankfully I was only going 15 MPH and no one was hurt. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Mom in the 802. View my complete profile.
