There is a local magazine in Vancouver called Discorder, which rarely produces anything of interest to me these days, but I found this little gem of an interview. Everyone escaped with their lives, but people were sent to hospital for stitches, concussions, and broken body parts. Their van is totalled and their tour is cancelled, we are trying to raise some cash to help pay for flights home, medical bills, and other expenses. Word on the Street. Friday, 17 February 2012. We shared the bill with an Oi! Covers band called Hamilton Defense Army who were much older than us. Then Teenage X, a pop band from Toronto fronted by a woman almost as tall as me wearing motorcycle boots singing about how she's "wasted again." I know of three current Toronto bands with songs called wasted, and lyrics that say "wasted, I'm wasted again." Truly I am in the holy land. Should be fun or something.
