Natural Selection
http://deathbycommittee.blogspot.com/2008/05/natural-selection.html
Tuesday, 20 May 2008. As stated above, functional biological performance is what determines the reproductive output (fitness) of individual variants, i.e., whether a variant produces more or fewer progeny (and/or better- or lower-quality progeny) than others in a population. The major fitness components when talking about individual selection are viability (survival) and fecundity (progeny output).

Wii Virtual Console Blog: July 2006
http://brokenpaper.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Wii Virtual Console Blog. Monday, July 31, 2006. Imho, the Wii focuses more on the games while the PS3 focuses on the hardware. I saw the PS3 car game (what was it, Grand Turismo or something) in "HD" and "oh look amazing," but well, I don’t have a HDTV, so it doesn’t matter to me. Besides, for $600 I could almost get a laptop, which while it wouldn’t be amazing, would let me play games anywhere. Wii Virtual Console Blog. Give me Your Money. Wii Virtual Console Blog.

New job at a large University
http://wrywriter.blogspot.com/2009/07/new-job-at-large-university.html
Sunday, July 26, 2009. New job at a large University. In March I got a new job at a large university which I now fucking hate as you will soon find out. It was great cause they wore jeans and were really relaxed about everything (two of my top five desires for a place to work - number one being close enough to bike to, salary being a distant fifth, if that). Let’s see, anything else, anything elseyoo-hoojobbitter hatred of degree granting universityphotocopied lunch meatnope. I think I’ve covered it.

H5N1 avian flu virus
http://thecoloradocompoundsbasement.blogspot.com/2006/05/h5n1-avian-flu-virus.html
Tuesday, 2 May 2006. H5N1 avian flu virus. So should I be freaking out about the impending doom that is the H5N1 avian flu? Is it about that time when we should be hoarding stockpiling on Tamiflu? Our fearless leader has always looked out for us and that’s why he ordered about $2 billion worth of the vaccine to, well, kinda sorta help out maybe a small percentage of the entire U.S. population.
