Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. I am more amazed every day at this little girl who lives with us. Recent things I've overheard:. Row, row, row your boat, gently down the drain.". I want to eat dinner in the Christmas room.". I want to share with friends. I want to say please and thank you." (She says this about 500 times a day. There are worse things, right? Mommy or Daddy: "Lindsay, what is your last name? Still calls music "sissick", and if you ask her to pronounce it correctly, she says "poo-sick.".

Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. 18 Months. Time Flies! Lindsay is now 18.5 months. I'm wondering how and when this happened. She is in 18-24 size clothes, wears a size 5-6 shoe (one week she fit into her 3s and 4s, and the next week she had burst out of them! And speaks in sentences. I don't know where my little baby went. We are having so much fun with her- specifically in the area of trying to interpret and translate her jibber jabber. Bye bye. Mommy and Lindsay plane? And a couple of days ago Lindsay a...

Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. 195 Months, Lindsayisms. Having pretend phone conversations with household items that resemble a phone: a banana, a small rectangle piece of wood, etc. "Hell-oh? Asking for opera music "op-ah sissick" during meals and pointing to the iPhone or iPod dock. Then I bribe her and say if you eat two more peas you can listen to opera music! Pointing out letters everywhere she sees them, and actually getting P and W correct every time! Counting: "free, fibe, seben, nine, teh!

Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. We recently moved on to two-word sentences . "Mommy's water", "Lindsay's shoe", "More nanny (banana)", "More books", "Night night baby" . and having a blast trying to figure out what Lindsay is saying all day. And she talks all day. I made a little photo album including many of our relatives, and she can name almost all of them. She butchers some of their names - for instance, Grandma Connie is "Hahn-hee.". Will report back at 18 months! My adventures in cooking.

Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. I have recently become inspired by the art of making baby food for L, now 6 months. I am going to start a blog about the meals I make for her (and us). after we return from our 5-year anniversary getaway (sans bebe! The philosophy by which I want to feed her is that if we wouldn't eat it, she shouldn't either. As she grows (and even now), I want her to eat what we are eating, so she gets used to the flavors of our family. Baby proofing awaits us. . And a bonus is that she e...

Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. Giving Meatless Monday a Try. I'm not really the type to jump on any old bandwagon. I'm not the earliest adopter. I didn't get the first generation iPhone, and I waited several years to get a DVD player. I wait things out to see if they're gaining traction before making my move. So it has been with this newfangled idea they're calling Meatless Monday. I've mostly ignored the background babel. Meatless Monday is a concept initiated by The Monday Campaigns. Fullertons on Fulton, now F 3. Lindsay is officially on the go. At 8 months, she is (by my estimation) about 19-20 lbs, probably 29 inches, pulling up on all manner of furniture, holding her own bottle (with such a look of ownership! And cutting two bottom teeth this week (her first! It's hard to believe she is growing up so quickly. Where does the time go? We had time to snap a few shots next to the pumpkins.
