Whole Wheat Banana Bread. 1/3 C Vegetable Oil. 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract. 1 1/2 C Mashed Bananas. 1 3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour. 1 Tsp Baking Soda. 1/4 C Hot Water. 1/2 C Chopped Nuts (optional, I use walnuts). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack 1/2 hour before slicing.
