My experience on getting healthy and doing the couch to 5k. About Me and Ways I stay motivated. Some goals are more specific than others and some are more general but this is what I am working on basically. Updated on Nov 18, 13. 1) Finish the couch25k program. (DONE! 2) Run 5k without stopping. (Working on it! 3) Sign up and run a 5k race (preferably a charity run so I can raise money for a good cause) (this sill be in spring/summer time). 5) be a happier and healthier person (Done! Going back to the playground days I was picked last for kickball, was the first to call outfield and received not one, but two black eyes while standing in line to hit the next softball. You see I do not eat only cake … or biscuits … or cupcakes … or cookies … or marshmallows … or things that are sweet to varying degrees. I eat savoury too. So that is where I focus. Now … let me talk about moderation! Chia and Honey pudding. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1 cup low fat coconut milk. And to it you can also add:. 2 tbsp desiccated coconut.
