Learning How To Smile. My experiences with Invisalign. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. First "last apointment" :). So we agreed on a refinement and he evened out my teeth a bit by taking off all the cracked edges since it would be noticeable on the aligners(as it was last time - so I am happy! The teeth look really good and they are so smooth without the attachments. I can finally bite all the way down. It feels strange! I put the top on and I seriously was like "are these mine? Did I put the right one in?

They called this morning and said the aligners were in and asked if I could come in like 2 hours after they called. Luckily I didn't have my usual lab this morning and could. So I will have 7 more on top and bottom and no attachments(they gave me 4 for now). It's pretty gross. I've got this awful habit of clenching my teeth while I sleep, so I often wake up to very sore bottom teeth. On top of that, I've become obsessed with. Clenching my teeth together voluntarily. to feel them move! To switch to Tray 4 before we left (as scheduled)! Hope that helps some!
