Saturday, 23 May 2009. The power of support. Now that I am getting into the swing of Utility Warehouse (well a bit anyway! I have found myself chatting to other distributors about it. One thing we talk about is support. Mandi, a distributor I know over in Grimsby. Has a mammoth amount of support from her upliners. Regular team meetings, chats on the phone and basically a number of people who she can contact for info, help and advice. She passes this onto her team. I get regular calls from my upliners.

Friday, 19 June 2009. I have been trying to find out the CVC. For business as I am getting a few customers now. Eventually I phoned exec services and the cvc. For business is the. Same as residential with the. Except of office phone. If the office phone is more than £500 a month then the cvc. Increases. I must admit I haven't come across that one yet. Tuesday, 16 June 2009. It was on the radio the other day saying that the Yorkshire people have the highest rate of second jobs than anywhere in the UK.
