Jacksonville Council of the Blind. This is a great person who really knows his way around a computer. He can fix your computer so that its in tiptop shape. 10% of the proceeds come back to Jacksonville Council of the Blind. The owner is also visually impaired. As a matter of fact he is the one who has designed our website for us. VAVF - Visual Aid Volunteers of Florida. VAVF is an organization of volunteer transcribers who produce braille materials. This is the place where we actually meet at.
