The sensible, thrifty vegetarian. October 5, 2010. Soya and soya, what a combination. This dish is a great way to liven up tofu, and very quick and simple to make. Tofu (firm or soft). 2 tablespoons miso paste. Water (around 500ml for one pack of tofu). The amount of water you use is up to you, too much and it will be thin and weak.
