http://robwalcott.com/2015/03/08/mechanic-class-promo
Posted in For Hire. Is offering some great winter mechanic classes and I feel that if you don’t get a sense of Brent’s humor and fun loving nature, you aren’t getting the full story of what the classes are about. Signing up for classes can be intimidating so I wanted ease any intimidation people may have. It didn’t help that this is about the 4th time I have tried edited video but I think I am getting a knack for it and am looking forward to honing my skills. Total time taken is 3 hours.

A Journal of Cycling Lunacy. Wwwfailblog.org - check it out. Links to this post. Alcohol was a Factor. The last sentence of this. If I never have to hear those words again, it'll be too soon. I realize that alcohol plays a significant role in lives of many people for entertainment, relaxation, or social purposes. And. But, I'm going to continue to be confused by it. I just cannot wrap my mind around it. But, my somewhat slanted perspective on this topic frequently leads me to just shake my head in amazem...

A Journal of Cycling Lunacy. Fisk Knob.an ode to agony. You may have noticed that it was a bit breezy yesterday. And, to some extent, that had to do with the weather. You know.cold fronts, warm fronts, clouds and moving air. However, I would like to assure you that some of that wind you felt had nothing to do with Mother Nature. I contributed to that cool breeze in at least two significant ways. I think I made a couple mistakes. I'll do better next year. My goal is to beat John Jasker.why? The guy who ju...

A Journal of Cycling Lunacy. Obligatory regard for cycling safety. So why bring this up? It's not as if I write something on this blog every time I drive past someone on a bike. Here is the deal.it was dark outside when I was nearing Jenison. Thus, it was dark when I passed these fellows pedaling along. The guy who was by himself was nearly invisible in those light conditions and I damn near pegged him with my car. So, you can imagine the guilt I'd have felt about that one! When I'm in my car, I have the...

A Journal of Cycling Lunacy. What a perfect day for 'cross.it was snowing. The ground was soft.so, we did an appropriately good job of tearing up the turf at the park. Things were muddy, leafy, sloppy, slow, and just awesome. When I think of 'cross I think of this weather. Links to this post. Links to this post. As usual, I've been lazy with my blog. And, as usual, MC was around to give me the kick in the ass I deserve. So, MC, this one's for you. What to discuss, what to discuss. Links to this post.

Ross' Blog: A Lost Day
http://rossschueller.blogspot.com/2008/10/lost-day.html
A Journal of Cycling Lunacy. Not sure how I feel today. Recovery has been tougher than I thought it would be. Jet lag, the ride, the heat, the sense that the whole thing is done.I'm not sure what is causing it. Haven't eaten much since Saturday night. Ate almost nothing on Sunday.a biscuit for breakfast, shared a bag of snack mix with Spooner on the plane, and had some subway on Sunday night. . And ate almost nothing. Half a bowl of soup and some bread. Brought my pasta home. I need to ride tonight!
